Marketplace Operations

- Manage daily operations on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
- Track orders, dispatch status, cancellations, returns and customer issues
- Maintain listing hygiene across marketplaces
- Update product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, offers and stock status
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams for issues, claims and escalations
- Support campaign execution, deal participation and pricing updates
- Monitor account health, order defect rate, return rate and fulfilment performance

Quick Commerce Operations

- Coordinate operations across Zepto, Blinkit, BigBasket, Swiggy Instamart and other quick commerce platforms
- Track SKU availability, stock movement and replenishment requirements
- Coordinate with platform teams for listing updates, pricing, promotions and inventory visibility
- Monitor fast moving SKUs and avoid stockouts
- Share daily quick commerce sales and inventory reports
- Shopify and D2C Operations
- Manage end to end Shopify backend operations
- Track website orders, payments, inventory and fulfilment status
- Coordinate product uploads, pricing updates, discount codes and stock updates
- Monitor top selling SKUs, low stock SKUs and slow moving products
- Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch, delivery and returns
- Maintain clean product data across the Shopify store




- Inventory and Warehouse Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse team for product dispatch and stock movement
- Track inventory across marketplaces, Shopify, quick commerce and B2B orders
- Maintain SKU level stock reports
- Raise alerts for low stock, overstock and dead stock
- Coordinate packing, dispatch, inward and outward stock movement
- Ensure inventory data is updated accurately across all platforms

B2B Order Management

- Manage B2B order processing and coordination
- Track bulk orders, distributor orders, institutional orders and partner orders
- Coordinate pricing, availability, dispatch and delivery timelines
- Maintain B2B order records and payment follow ups with the concerned team
- Support documentation required for dispatch and reconciliation

Reporting and Data Analysis

- Prepare daily sales, inventory, order and return reports
- Track top SKUs, low performing SKUs and platform wise performance
- Use Excel for VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and basic data analysis
- Share insights on stockouts, returns, cancellations, delayed dispatches and claims
- Maintain dashboards for marketplace and Shopify performance
- Support marketing and leadership team with operational data
- Returns, Claims and Reconciliation
- Track returns, RTOs, damaged products and customer claims
- Coordinate claim reconciliation with Amazon, Flipkart and other platforms
- Follow up for pending claims, payment mismatches and deductions
- Maintain records of marketplace deductions, penalties and recoveries
- Work with finance team for payout reconciliation and reporting.
