Job Summary

Policybazaar is hiring dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Officers for Ahmedabad and Surat. In this role, the company will provide interested (warm) leads. The candidate will be responsible for contacting these leads, scheduling customer meetings, conducting field visits, and converting them into successful insurance sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact company-generated interested (warm) leads.
- Understand customer requirements and schedule appointments.
- Visit customers at their preferred location to explain insurance products.
- Recommend suitable insurance plans based on customer needs.
- Convert customer visits into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Ensure proper documentation and coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).




- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Field Sales, Insurance, BFSI, Banking, Telecom, or Direct Sales.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can also apply.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and customer interactions.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
