Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - MEP to lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage andoversee the execution of MEP projects from conception to completion.
- Lead andmotivate a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals.
- Coordinate withclients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables.
- Develop andimplement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct sitevisits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Ensurecompliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing,Fire Fighting, STP/WTP, DG Systems, Lifts, and ELV systems.
- Expertise in MEP project planning, execution,testing, and commissioning.
- Robust understanding of contracts, billing.
- Experience: 8-10 Years (Mandatory Real Estate Experience)
- Joining: Immediate to 1 Month Notice Preferred
