Designation: Accounts & Finance Manager

Job Description:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and oversee the accounts team.

- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and financial records.

- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

- Develop and implement internal financial controls and accounting policies.

- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance purposes.

- Maintain employee salary records, attendance coordination, and leave balance management.

- Payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Process imports foreign remittance payments
- Finalization of Accounts
- Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting,



or related field.
- Inter CA/ MBA Finance preferred.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in accounts, finance, and payroll management.
