They lead teams that handle bookkeeping, payroll, billing, and tax reporting, ensuring that daily financial processes are accurate, compliant with regulations, and delivered to clients on time.

Key Skills:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Customer Management, Delivery Management and People Management with Financial Acumen
- Minimum 3 years of Team Handling experience
- Develop and drive service improvements based on RCAs, trends and customer inputs
- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and Manage a Team of up to 400 Team Members across multiple functions, ensuring high performance, productivity, and people development.
- Manage Client Relationships and lead Client Meetings, Governance Reviews, and business discussions.
- Drive Client-defined SLAs, KPIs, and internal performance metrics to achieve delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with Client Stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver business solutions.




- Lead End-to-End Delivery Management with a focus on quality, accuracy, and SLA adherence.
- Drive Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, and Process Improvement initiatives through RCA and trend analysis.
- Monitor Performance Metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage Resource Planning, Workforce Capacity, and future Staffing Pipeline.
- Own P&L; Management, including Revenue, Cost, Gross Margin, and project financial performance.
- Lead Customer Governance, Escalation Management, and periodic business reviews.
- Provide Leadership, Coaching, Performance Management, and Mentoring to managers and team members.
- Drive Employee Engagement, People Retention, Succession Planning, and internal growth opportunities.
- Build strong Stakeholder Management across clients, operations, technology, HR, and support functions.
- Ensure compliance with Audit, Risk, and Regulatory requirements.
- Oversee Infrastructure Readiness, Technology Support, and Business Continuity Planning.
- Demonstrate strong Customer Focus, Analytical Skills, Decision Making, Relationship Management, Communication, Execution Excellence, and Financial Acumen.
