The ideal candidate will manage e-commerce operations, optimize product listings, coordinate digital marketing initiatives, analyze sales performance, and enhance the customer experience across online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow online jewellery sales in the US market.
- Oversee website operations and marketplace listings.
- Coordinate SEO, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance, website analytics, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and customer support teams.
- Identify market trends and implement growth strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 5-9 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the jewellery or luxury retail industry.
- Robust knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Google Analytics, SEO, and digital marketing.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
