- Manage bench resources, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing idle time.
- Coordinate with project managers to plan and allocate resources effectively.
- Analyze demand patterns to optimize resource allocation and capacity planning.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to resource utilization.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust understanding of bench management, capacity planning, demand management, resource allocation, resource coordination, resource optimization, resource planning, workforce planning concepts.
- Proficiency in using tools like Excel for data analysis and reporting.
