- Act as SPOC for audit interactions (Internal, RBI, Statutory) and ensure timely closure of observations
- Manage regulatory queries and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to RBI and internal guidelines
- Drive digital transformation and automation across loan lifecycle and control processes
- Strengthen system-based controls and governance frameworks
- Coordinate with Business, Risk, Compliance, IT, and Operations teams
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, and management updates
Preferred candidate profile :
- Experience in process improvement, system enhancements, and automation initiatives will be preferred
