Role Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Marketing Manager/Senior Manager to join our agile marketing team.
- As a Marketing Manager/Senior Manager, you will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve business objectives.
- You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies across multiple channels and managing a team of marketing professionals.
- The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in strategic marketing planning, brand management, and team leadership.

Qualification: Bachelors degree in marketing. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in Marketing Management

Key Responsibilities:





- Help develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support the overall business objectives.
- Edit and updating website content including Home page, landing pages, About / Company pages, Blog posts and FAQs
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Develop and execute annual brands plans aligned with business goals. Define brand positioning, messaging frameworks and value propositions. Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all communication assets.
- Help oversee the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and events.
- Manage end-of-the-end campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM dashboard etc. and measure KPIs such as CPC, ROI, Cost Per Lead, engagement and research.
- Manage end-to-end event management, ensure brand consistency and high-quality attendee experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Human Resources, and Operations to ensure alignment and effective implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, including sales presentations, brochures, and website content.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and customer engagement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and apply them to enhance marketing strategies and tactics.
- Ensure cost-effective utilization of marketing resources.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders within the company to enhance brand visibility.
- Having experience in Ecommerce Marketplaces is preferred
