Role & responsibilities

1. Develop and implement the company's information security policies, procedures, and standards.
2. Lead risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the companys information assets.
3. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST.
4. Establish and maintain an incident response plan, including monitoring, detection, and response to security incidents.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle of products and services.
6. Oversee the implementation and management of security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption solutions.
7. Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management and stakeholders on the company's security posture and ongoing initiatives.

Lead security awareness training and education programs for employees to foster a culture of security awareness.

Preferred candidate profile

1. In-depth knowledge of information security principles, practices, and technologies.
2. Experience with risk management frameworks and methodologies.
3. Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
4. Experience with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM,DLP, and IDS/IPS.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
