The Category buyer Non-IT Procurement will be responsible for end-to-end strategic sourcing, contracting, and vendor management of centrally managed non-IT spend categories including Travel & Hospitality, Skilled Services, HR & Admin services. The role will focus on cost optimisation, risk management, compliance, and stakeholder enablement while ensuring high service quality and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sourcing events (RFP/RFQ/RFI) and supplier evaluations
- Identify cost reduction, demand management, and value-creation opportunities
- Establish rate cards, SLAs, and commercial frameworks
- Lead contract drafting, negotiation, and renewals in collaboration with Legal
- Onboard and manage strategic and preferred suppliers
- Conduct periodic performance reviews
- Resolve commercial disputes and service issues
- Partner with HR, Finance, Admin, Travel Desk, Legal, and Business Leaders
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, delegation of authority, and audit requirements
- Support internal and external audits
