Immediate Requirement for Sourcing Manager, Real Estate Developer Firm

* Candidate preferred with real estate experience only.

1) Setting up & activation of recent channel partners and overseeing the onboarding process
2) Handle Channel partners and regular meetings with current active Channel Partners, and ensure business flow continuation
3) Designing incremental sales schemes for Channel Partner
4) Keeping an appropriate market survey analysis to help understand the market trend and assist Channel Partner activation
5) Conduct ATL & BTL activities with Channel Partners for lead generation
6) Maintaining proper reporting of daily sales activity to map performance
7) Maintaining proper database records of all the Channel Partners who interacted across all zones
8) Should be able to source Channel Partners via various mediums and keep a pre-sourced database of the same
