Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design

Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs.

Develop working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction details.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.

Review and modify designs as per client requirements.

Town Planning & Approvals

Thorough knowledge of local Development Control Regulations (DCR), GDCR, FSI, zoning regulations, setbacks, parking norms, and building permissions.

Prepare and verify drawings for municipal and authority approvals.

Coordinate with approval consultants and government departments.

Interior Design Coordination

Prepare interior layouts and space planning.

Assist clients in selecting tiles, flooring, sanitary ware, lighting, modular kitchens, wardrobes, paint finishes, wallpapers, and other interior materials.

Coordinate with interior vendors and suppliers.

Material Selection

Knowledge of construction materials and finishes.

Guide clients regarding tile selection, stone, cladding, doors, windows, hardware, false ceiling, and elevation materials.

Ensure quality, aesthetics, and cost optimization.

Site Coordination





Visit project sites regularly.

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors.

Resolve architectural and execution-related issues.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.

Documentation

Prepare BOQ support drawings and material schedules.

Maintain drawing revisions and documentation.

Prepare presentation drawings and client presentations.

Software Skills

AutoCAD

Revit (Preferred)

SketchUp

Lumion / Enscape (Preferred)

Photoshop

MS Office

Basic knowledge of BIM is an advantage.

Required Skills

Solid architectural planning and detailing skills.

Excellent knowledge of construction methodology.

Sound understanding of Town Planning regulations.

Good understanding of interior design and finishing materials.

Strong knowledge of tile, marble, sanitary, lighting, paint, and furniture selection.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
