We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Lead Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement mechanical designs for recent products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and minimize design changes during the development process.
- Conduct thorough analysis of product performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide them on design principles and best practices.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to the development of technical documentation.




- Ensure all products meet quality and reliability standards before release.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with NPD and NPI processes, including design verification and validation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
