Job Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)
- Gather and analyze business learning requirements and convert them into system configurations
- Configure LMS features including:
- Items, curricula, and programs
- Users, assignments, and roles
- Learning history and transcripts
- Assessments, quizzes, and surveys
- Notifications, workflows, and approvals

- Manage content integration (SCORM/AICC packages)
- Support UAT, golive, and postproduction issues
- Perform LMS data uploads using successfactors import tools
- Integrate LMS with other SF modules like Employee Central, RCM, and Onboarding
- Support reporting using Plateau reports / Stories
- Prepare functional documents, configuration guides,



and test scenarios
- Work closely with HR, L&D; stakeholders, and technical teams
- Provide production support, enhancements, and upgrades

Mandatory Skills

- Handson experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS
- Strong understanding of Learning Administration & Content Management
- Experience with LMS configuration and implementation
- Good knowledge of learning processes and compliance training
- Experience in SF Integration Center / LMS imports
- Robust communication and documentation skills
