Position Overview
The ISMS Executive – Quality & Process will be responsible for driving the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in alignment with ISO/IEC 27001 standards. This role focuses on ensuring process compliance, quality assurance, and effective governance across all information security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain ISMS policies, procedures, and process documentation.
- Conduct internal audits, gap assessments, and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to ISO 27001 and organizational standards.
- Support risk management activities, including identification, assessment, and mitigation of information security risks.
- Initiate and oversee process reviews for projects to ensure alignment with ISMS requirements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure quality and process compliance in service delivery.
- Provide training and awareness sessions on ISMS, data security, and privacy practices.
- Monitor ISMS performance metrics and report findings to management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality and process management.
- Manage Vendor Risk Management assessments
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and ISMS frameworks.
- Experience in quality assurance, process management, and compliance functions.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer (preferred).
- Certifications such as ISO 20001-1 Lead Auditor/Implementer (preferred).
