Experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online & SPFx
- Experience in enterprise-scale application development
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in SharePoint Online & SPFx
- Proficiency in React JS (Hooks, Components, State Management)
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript
- Experience with REST APIs and SharePoint API integrations
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines / Azure DevOps
Core Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Understanding of scalable application design
- Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with end-to-end SPFx project implementations
