Position: MIS & Billing Manager
Location: Mumbai (Andheri)
Department: Administration / Human Resources / Industrial Relations
Reporting To: Head Administration / Airport Business

Job Purpose

To manage and streamline Management Information Systems (MIS) and billing processes for the Airport Business Unit while supporting the Administration, Human Resources, and Industrial Relations functions. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, generating reports and dashboards, ensuring timely billing and invoice processing, and providing analytical support for decision-making and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

MIS Management

- Prepare, maintain, and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Admin, HR, and IR functions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance reports for management review.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.
- Analyze operational data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Maintain employee, vendor, and departmental databases and records.

Billing & Invoice Management

- Manage end-to-end billing processes related to Admin, HR, and IR activities.
- Verify invoices, supporting documents, and service records before processing.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for timely submission and clearance of invoices.
- Track outstanding payments and maintain billing reconciliations.
- Prepare billing reports, accrual statements, and expenditure trackers.

Administration Support

- Monitor and maintain records of facility management, housekeeping, transportation, and other administrative services.
- Support procurement tracking, purchase requests, purchase orders, and vendor documentation.




- Maintain service contracts and monitor compliance with contractual obligations and SLAs.

Coordination & Process Improvement

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting and billing processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and data confidentiality standards.
- Provide management presentations and ad hoc reports as required.

Key Deliverables (KPIs)

- Timely and accurate MIS reporting.
- Billing processing and reconciliation within agreed timelines.
- Zero material discrepancies in data and invoices.
- Effective tracking of vendor payments and outstanding dues.
- Timely submission of management reports and dashboards.
- Compliance with audit and documentation requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
- MBA or relevant certification in MIS, Finance, or Analytics will be preferred.
- 58 years of experience in MIS, billing, administration, or operations support, preferably in airports, facilities management, or large corporate environments.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Knowledge of vendor management, billing processes, and HR administration practices.
