Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. The candidate will support strategic business decisions, ensure financial compliance, and drive profitability through effective cost control and financial management.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis (FP&A;).
* Monitor project profitability, cash flow, and financial performance.
* Control manpower and procurement costs to improve margins.
* Manage working capital, banking relationships, loans, and funding requirements.
* Develop financial models and business growth strategies.
* Conduct financial risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
* Prepare MIS reports and present financial insights to management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and decision support.
