We are looking for an experienced academic leader with expertise in Business Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning to lead the department, drive academic excellence, foster research, and strengthen industry collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Department of Business Analytics.
- Provide academic leadership in teaching, research, and curriculum development.
- Mentor faculty members and students to achieve academic excellence.
- Drive research initiatives, innovation, and industry collaborations.




- Oversee academic administration, quality assurance, and accreditation activities.
- Promote outcome-based education and continuous curriculum enhancement.
- Build strategic partnerships with industry and academic institutions.

Required Candidate Profile

- Ph.D. in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in teaching, academic administration, and academic leadership.
- Robust expertise in Business Analytics, Data Science, AI/ML, and emerging technologies.
- Proven research record with quality publications.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Passion for innovation, academic excellence, and student success.
