We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer / UI/UX Designer to design seamless experiences across Augmont's mobile applications, mobile web, and web platforms.

This role goes beyond visual designit is about understanding customer behavior, solving complex user problems, and building intuitive digital products that enhance acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Business, and Marketing teams to shape the future of Augmont's digital ecosystem through user-centered design.

Key Responsibilities

Product & UX Design

- Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences for B2C/D2C fintech mobile applications, mobile web, and web platforms.
- Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design new product experiences while continuously improving existing screens, workflows, and customer journeys.
- Ensure seamless, responsive, and accessible user experiences across multiple devices and platforms.

User Research & Experience

- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Understand customer pain points and translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions.
- Utilize customer feedback, behavioral insights, and product analytics to continuously improve the user experience.
- Map customer journeys to identify friction points and optimize conversion across digital touchpoints.

Design Systems & Collaboration

- Build, maintain, and enhance scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Ensure consistency across all products while adhering to Augmont's brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA,



and Business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Provide design specifications, prototypes, and implementation guidance to engineering teams.

Product Innovation

- Design solutions that improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Stay updated with emerging UX trends, interaction patterns, and design best practices.
- Advocate user-centered design principles across product development initiatives.
- Contribute to creating world-class digital experiences that differentiate Augmont in the fintech ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience

- 36+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or UI Design.
- Strong expertise in designing mobile applications, mobile web, and responsive web platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and high-fidelity UI design.
- Robust understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD), Design Thinking, and interaction design principles.
- Experience creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and developer-ready design specifications.
- Hands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, design systems, and component-based design.
- Understanding of customer journey mapping, conversion optimization, and data-driven design methodologies.
- Strong collaboration, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Product Managers, Developers, QA teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience designing fintech, investment, banking, payments, wealth-tech, or digital financial products is preferred.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
