*Key Responsibilities*

* Engage with potential customers who have:

* Added items to cart but not completed the purchase

* Browsed products but did not make any transaction

* Registered on the platform without transacting

* Received cashback or promotional credits in their accounts, etc

* Have connected via Call, Chat, WhatsApp or website enquiries.





* Make timely and persuasive outbound calls to re-engage these leads.

* Handle inbound inquiries via Call/Chat/WhatsApp or Website and assist customers in navigating their buying

*Journey.*

* Understand customer needs, address concerns, and recommend the right products.

* Route interested customers to the nearest store, if required, for offline exploration.

* Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to action warm leads efficiently.

* Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups using internal tools/CRM.

* Consistently meet or exceed sales and conversion targets.
