Role & responsibilities
- Handling end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Managing bulk hiring for multiple roles
- Responsible for sales hiring on a regular basis
- Maintaining recruitment data and reports (MIS reporting)
- Handling large datasets and ensuring accurate data management
- Managing Excel reports and creating presentations for stakeholders
- Will be on contractual basis
Preferred candidate profile
- Prior experience in bulk hiring / sales hiring preferred
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to handle data efficiently and maintain reports
