Job Description

We are currently seeking a certified and experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant specializing in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud for a prestigious client engagement within the Public Sector domain.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex public sector financial data and executive-level decision-making. You will design, model, and deploy analytics, budgeting, and planning solutions that help government agencies monitor expenditures, track grants, and maintain strict financial compliance.

- Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in-office) | Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, or Chennai

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Solutioning & Modeling

- Design and build SAC data models, interactive dashboards, and predictive forecasting tools tailored to public sector workflows.
- Integrate SAC seamlessly with S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and core SAP cloud systems (Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur).
- Stay updated and implement features from the latest S/4HANA Public Cloud releases (e.g., 2408, 2502+).

Public Sector Domain Delivery

- Map financial requirements into SAP Public Sector modules, focusing on Grants Management, Budget Management, Fund Accounting, and Earmarked Funds.
- Ensure all reports and data models adhere strictly to public sector statutory reporting, internal controls, and audit trails.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & User Enablement

- Facilitate fit-to-standard workshops and walkthroughs with operational and finance teams to gather requirements.
- Translate complex cloud and analytics architectures into clear, business-friendly language for non-technical users.
- Drive user adoption by creating explicit documentation and enabling AI-powered user experiences (e.g., SAP Joule).

Candidate Profile Required

- Certification: SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Certification is mandatory.
- ERP Expertise: Strong functional understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition architecture.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven hands-on experience navigating public sector budget cycles, grant funding rules, and role-based data security.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional structured thinking, problem-solving abilities, and workshop facilitation skills.
