- Role & responsibilities
- - Life insurance background is mended.
- - - Work closely along with his manager and execute projects.
- - Be actively involved right from conceptualization till execution, implementation and adoption.
- - Closely track the progress of the projects and send regular updates to stakeholders.
- - Support Business in testing the delivered solution and drive adoption.
- - Assess whether the project has met its objectives post adoption and then handover to IT
- - Constantly identify and implement innovations which can be infused in the existing/tobe solutions for delivering business value
- Track project quality and maintain a repository of project artefacts and learnings.
