Educational Qualifications & Experience:

- Shall be a Graduate from any stream from any recognized University with 5 years experience (out of which at least 3 years experience of office superintendent level) in College or its equivalent.

- Shall not be more than 38 years of age provided that for the person who is already in service of University or Affiliated Colleges upper age limit of 38 years is not applicable.

Job Responsibilities

- Handling and coordinating all official work related to approvals, compliance, and correspondence with statutory bodies such as the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), University Grants Commission (UGC), and the Government of Maharashtra.

- Managing day-to-day administrative activities and maintaining all official records systematically and efficiently.

- Supervising admission-related activities including student registration, eligibility verification, enrolment, and documentation.





- Assisting in preparation and submission of mandatory reports, affidavits, compliance reports, and online portal updates for regulatory bodies.

- Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and ensuring implementation of administrative decisions.

- Ensuring proper implementation of institutional policies, rules, and administrative procedures.

- Coordinating with students, parents, faculty members, and external authorities for administrative matters.

- Maintaining discipline, confidentiality, and smooth functioning of the administrative office.

- Performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the higher authorities from time to time.
