Business Development Manager - Redevelopment

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager - Redevelopment to drive redevelopment opportunities and strategic growth initiatives

The role will be responsible for identifying redevelopment opportunities, building solid relationships with housing societies and landowners, conducting project feasibility assessments, and supporting end-to-end deal closures across redevelopment projects within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge of redevelopment projects, society negotiations, land transactions, and regulatory frameworks, along with excellent relationship management and commercial negotiation skills.

Educational Qualification
