Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing professional to manage and grow our online presence across platforms. The candidate will be responsible for content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage company social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions)
- Plan and execute social media campaigns
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages
- Analyse performance metrics and generate reports, along with basics of SEO
- Work closely with internal teams to create and align design and marketing strategies as required.
- Stay updated with latest trends and platform algorithms.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Ads, Google Analytics
- Valuable communication and content creation skills
- Creativity with a data-driven mindset.

Preferred:

- Experience in paid ads (Meta/Google)
- Exposure to branding and campaign strategy

Office timing: Mon-Fri - 12:00pm to 8:00pm.
Alternate Saturday working & Sunday Fixed off.
