Role & responsibilities

- End-to-End Procurement Management
Lead complete procurement activities for medical equipment, diagnostic instruments, and reagents, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant sourcing.

- Strategic Sourcing & Cost Optimization
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals, including contract negotiation to achieve optimal pricing, quality, and service levels.

- Supplier & Vendor Management
Evaluate, select, and manage suppliers through detailed assessments of capability, reliability, financial stability, and market reputation, ensuring long-term partnerships.

- Inventory & Compliance Management
Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock while ensuring adherence to regulatory, quality, and internal company policy requirements.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate with operations, finance,



and quality teams; track market trends; and prepare MIS reports covering cost analysis, vendor performance, and inventory insights for management review..

Preferred candidate profile

- Education:
Bachelors degree in any stream.
- Experience:
8 to 10 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably within healthcare, medical devices, or diagnostics industry.
- Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is desirable. Proficient in MIS reporting, data analysis, and Excel-based dashboards.
- Behavioral Attributes:
Strategic thinker with solid analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration ability, and alignment with organizational culture and policies.
