Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements for Home Loan (LOS, BRE, disbursement systems).
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders (Credit, Operations, Sales) and IT teams.
- Create detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Perform Functional, Integration, and UAT support for loan lifecycle.
- Validate APIs, batch jobs, and third-party integrations (CIBIL, Aadhaar, payment gateways).
- Defect tracking, root cause analysis, and closure with dev teams.
- Ensure requirement traceability and test coverage.
- Support production release validation and post-go-live checks.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Home Loans lifecycle (application underwriting disbursement servicing).




- Experience in LOS/BRE systems.
- Hands-on experience in functional testing and API testing (Postman/Rest API).
- Ability to write clear BRDs, test cases, and traceability matrices.
- Familiarity with SQL, data validation, and batch processing.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum workplace.
