Salary:

- Freshers: 15,000 to 17,000 In hand
- Experience: Upto 24,000 In hand

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products/services to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-5 years of experience in a BPO or call center workplace.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle voice processes effectively.
- Proficiency in handling inbound/outbound calls, telesales, and customer support roles.
