ServiceNow Presales- Senior Executive/Consultant/Manager

Location: Noida/Bangalore/Mumbai/Pune (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated ServiceNow Presales Skilled to partner with Sales, OEM teams, and internal delivery units to support customer engagements, solution development, proposal creation, and value-driven presentations. The role involves understanding customer requirements, designing ServiceNow solutions, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and contributing to successful sales opportunities while ensuring long-term customer success.

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Presales, Solution Consulting, Solution Engineering, Business Analysis, or Solution Architecture.
- Experience in customer-facing presales engagements, solution design, proposal creation,



demonstrations, or technical consulting.
- Hands-on exposure to one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, IRM/GRC, ITAM, SPM, or App Engine.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Delivery, OEM, or cross-functional teams is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA, CMA, or equivalent are preferred.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification is an added advantage.
- Experience working with ServiceNow OEM or alliance teams is a plus.
