We are hiring an experienced Email Marketing Specialist (male) to build and manage the complete email marketing function from scratch including strategy, campaign execution, email deliverability, and lead generation. Ideal for candidates comfortable working in international time zones and driving results independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Build the entire email marketing process from scratch strategy, workflows, automation, and templates
- Generate qualified leads via email marketing as per client targets and business goals
- Build, segment, and maintain clean email databases/lists
- Set up and manage email sending infrastructure domains, SMTP servers, mailboxes, IP/domain warm-up
- Ensure high email deliverability through SPF, DKIM, DMARC configuration and inbox placement best practices
- Track and optimize key email marketing metrics open rate, CTR, bounce rate, reply rate, and conversions
- A/B test subject lines, email copy, and send times for maximum performance
- Coordinate with sales and business development teams for lead handoff and campaign alignment
- Prepare and share regular performance/lead generation reports

Required Skills

- Robust hands-on experience in Email Marketing, Cold Emailing, Lead Generation, and Email Automation
- Proficient with email marketing & outreach tools: Instantly, Sendgrid, Mailwizz, Apollo.io, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, or similar
- Experience with prospecting/data tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, Snov.io




- Strong email copywriting and subject line writing skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to read campaign data and optimize performance
- Ability to independently set up and scale the email marketing process end-to-end
- Willing and comfortable to work in night shifts

Qualification & Eligibility

- Education: Graduate in any stream (Marketing/BBA/MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience: 3-8 years in Email Marketing / Lead Generation
- Notice Period: Immediate joiner preferred
- Shift: Must be comfortable working night shifts (as per US time zone)
- Location: Candidates based in or willing to commute to CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Good to Have

- Experience working with international clients
- Knowledge of CRM tools for lead tracking
- Understanding of B2B outbound marketing strategies
