Role & responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Engineering

- Understand client requirements and project specifications.
- Design and size pharma utility equipment and piping systems.
- Prepare Room Data Sheets (RDS).
- Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimations.
- Develop technical proposals and technical data sheets.
- Obtain competitive quotations from vendors.
- Perform techno-commercial evaluations.
- Revise estimates and costing based on design modifications.
- Support business development and proposal submission activities.

Design & Engineering

- Utility system design for Pharma and Cleanroom facilities.
- Process and utility piping design.
- Equipment selection and sizing.
- Review client specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams for design development.

Post-Sales Activities

- Prepare project handover documentation.




- Participate in project kick-off meetings.
- Transfer techno-commercial documents to execution teams.
- Coordinate between clients, planning, procurement, and project teams.
- Ensure smooth communication throughout project execution.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in Pharma, Cleanroom, or Life Sciences projects.
- Solid knowledge of Utility Systems and Process Piping.
- Experience in BOQ preparation and cost estimation.
- Knowledge of technical proposal preparation.
- Vendor management and procurement coordination experience.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects.
