Job Title:

Address Verification (AV) & Digital Address Verification (DAV)

Role Overview:

- We are looking for a detail-oriented Verification Executive to review field verification reports
- and conduct DAV calls. The candidate should be able to identify discrepancies, assess address genuineness,
- detect potential fraud, and ensure accurate case closures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and close Address Verification cases based on field reports.
- Conduct DAV calls and verify candidate residency.
- Identify suspicious cases, inconsistencies, and manipulation attempts.
- Highlight fraud risks and escalate high-risk cases.
- Coordinate with field teams for additional validation when required.
- Ensure quality closures within defined TAT.

Skills Required:

- Strong analytical and observation skills.
- Valuable communication and probing ability.
- Attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Basic Excel knowledge.
- Experience in BGV, KYC, Fraud Detection, Verification, or Banking Operations preferred.
