Lead and scale the EPC & Infrastructure Insurance Practice by driving strategic growth, building large corporate relationships, and delivering end-to-end insurance solutions across project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and establish EPC & Infrastructure Insurance vertical as a profit center
- Drive business development across EPC, Infrastructure & Manufacturing clients
- Design risk advisory and customized insurance programs (CAR, EAR, Liability, Marine etc.)
- Lead placement of complex insurance programs with insurers
- Drive Surety Bonds & Bank Guarantee solutions
- Build relationships with insurers, reinsurers, lenders & stakeholders
- Lead negotiations, closures, and strategic partnerships
- Manage and mentor a high-performance team
- Ensure seamless execution including claims coordination
- Represent organization at industry forums and networking platforms
Key Skills & Expertise:
- Strong expertise in Engineering Insurance (CAR/EAR, Liability, Marine, Property)
- Experience in Insurance Broking / Corporate Insurance
- Strong business development & client acquisition capability
- Expertise in insurance program structuring & placement
- Knowledge of IRDAI regulations
- Robust stakeholder management & negotiation skills
- Experience in Surety Bonds / Project Risk Insurance
- Leadership and team management capability
- Exposure to API/CRM-based insurance solutions (preferred)
