Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall performance and profitability of the service lines.
- Establish service delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources.
- Develop and implement KPIs to monitor operational efficiency and service quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service offerings.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight for:
- Asset Integrity Management Programs
- Risk-Based Inspection (RBI)
- Corrosion Management
- Fitness-for-Service (FFS) Assessments
- Remaining Life Assessments
- Mechanical Integrity Programs
- Process Hazard Analysis (PHA)
- HAZOP, HAZID, SIL Studies, LOPA
- Performance Guarantee Testing of thermal power plants
- Ensure technical deliverables meet client expectations and applicable industry standards.
- Oversee execution of projects from proposal stage through completion
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor project financial performance, margins, and resource allocation.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Conduct periodic project reviews and performance evaluations.




- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, specialists, and project managers.
- Identify competency gaps and establish training and development programs.
- Conduct performance reviews and succession planning activities.
- Foster collaboration across departments and regional offices.

Technical / business-unit specific skills and knowledge

- Minimum 1215 years of experience in Asset Integrity, Process Safety Management, Industrial Inspection, Engineering Consulting, or related services.
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial role with P&L; responsibility.
- Proven experience in business development and client management.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, Power, LNG, Chemical, or Industrial sectors.

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline.
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Qualified certifications such as API, ASME, NACE/AMPP, Functional Safety, or equivalent are advantageous.
