Roles and Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements for consumer goods distribution systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions using Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop Distribution Management Systems (DMS), ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical support for CPG companies' distribution development initiatives.
- Lead projects from initiation to delivery, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring high-quality results.

Job Requirements :

- 8-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Technical Business Analyst specializing in Consumer Goods/CPG domain.
- Robust understanding of DMS, Distribution Development, Distribution Management System (DMS), Sales Force Automation (SFA) concepts.
- Experience working on SDLC life cycle including requirement gathering, analysis, design implementation testing phases.
