Intern Profile

We are looking for a motivated Intern to do Customer Support & Systems Administration with a strong spoken & written English. interest in Microsoft-based environments, cloud infrastructure, and customer migrations a plus. You have great communication, a desire to learn, and enjoy working on real-world infrastructure challenges with guidance from experienced engineers.

The internship can become a full-time role upon successful completion.

Intern Responsibilities

- Call customers and handle issues. Robust English required.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft-based cloud and network environments
- Support migrations involving Microsoft technologies (e.g. on-prem to cloud, tenant-to-tenant, email and file migrations)
- Help manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure,



and related services
- Monitor, maintain, and improve network connectivity, security, and performance
- Document systems, configurations, and migration procedures
- Respond to incidents and support requests under guidance from senior engineers
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver reliable, secure solutions

Intern Required Skills

- Strong English required
- Customer issue support experience
- 2-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, or network engineering (internships count)
- Basic understanding of Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls)
- Interest in or exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Basic scripting or automation experience (PowerShell is a plus)
- Experience with documentation and following technical procedures
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a team-first environment

- AWS knowledge a plus
