Ability to handle MEP vendors for seamless execution
- Good hands -on experience on MEP works - Electrical , HVAC , Fire
Fighting , plumbing works etc
- Must have ability to take quick decision making on construction sites
basis the need
- Valuable communication/ interpersonal skills
- Must have good knowledge of best practices on MEP -construction
industry
- Willing to travel to various construction sites across south indian states
-Knowledge of cost control for a large contracting company or Developer.
