Job Role: Insurance Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls on interested leads
• Understand customer requirements & recommend suitable insurance plans
• Explain product features, benefits & pricing clearly
• Follow up with customers & close sales
• Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets




• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
• Deliver excellent customer experience

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate candidates preferred
• Freshers & Experienced both can apply
• Marathi Mandatory (Mumbai Location)
• Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & English
• Confident, target-oriented & passionate about sales

Salary & Benefits:

Freshers:

17,000 In-Hand + PF + Gratuity + Unlimited Incentives

Experienced:

29,000 In-Hand + PF + Gratuity + Unlimited Incentives

CTC Range: 2.55 LPA – 4 LPA
