This role will be responsible for designing and executing talent acquisition strategies that support the company's growth objectives. The role requires expertise in hiring for manufacturing, engineering, plant operations, supply chain, corporate functions, and leadership positions while driving employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership, technical, engineering, plant, and corporate roles.
- Partner with business leaders, plant heads, and functional stakeholders to forecast workforce requirements.
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
- Utilize data analytics and recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
- Manage executive search assignments and critical niche hiring projects.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and service-level commitments.
- Develop relationships with universities, technical institutes, professional associations, and industry networks.




- Introduce innovative sourcing methodologies and technology-driven recruitment practices.
- Maintain and build a solid pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
- Manage job postings and applicant tracking across various platforms
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, and campus recruitment
- Conduct screening interviews (phone/in-person) to evaluate qualifications, experience, and role fit

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to manufacturing, engineering, automotive, industrial, chemicals, FMCG, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of hiring across plant operations, engineering, supply chain, sales, and corporate functions.
- Experience managing high-volume as well as leadership hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Expertise in sourcing, market intelligence, talent mapping, and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership capabilities.
