Role Overview:

Digital Business Intelligence professional is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive digital business growth. The role involves analyzing customer behavior, digital campaigns, and product performance to support data-driven decision-making across digital channels.

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain dashboards for TPP, INTERACT, FES / LRS, SOLITAIRE
- Managing 70-80 campaign reports monthly and adhoc activities
- Process improvement & Quality check
- Streamline data processing with improved speed, stability, and scalability on EMR.
- Built Power BI dashboards with automated daily/monthly refresh for TPP, INTERACT, FES enabling improved visibility.
- Managing Daily, Weekly Monthly, Fortnightly reports with DAG and proper quality checks.
- Updation of Data Marts for TPP products (GHI, MI, HI, LI, MF, GPA)



to reduce execution time.
- Analyze customer journeys, funnels, and engagement metrics
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs such as traffic, CTR, and ROI
