MediBuddy is seeking a agile, relationship-driven professional to support and strengthen strategic
partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem — spanning Brokers, Insurance Companies, and
TPAs.

This role collaborates extensively with Regional Sales Heads, Account Management teams,
insurers, brokers, and TPAs to drive business growth, renewals, stakeholder engagement, and
partnership success.

The ideal candidate brings strong relationship management capabilities, stakeholder navigation skills,
and the ability to coordinate across multiple internal and external teams in a quick-paced digital health
environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Head of Partnerships in managing relationships with Brokers, Insurance Companies,
and TPAs.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across partner
organisations.
Ensure regular engagement with decision-makers and operational teams within partner
organisations.




Identify opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and unlock new business avenues.
Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with Regional Heads of Sales and Account Management teams for aligned
execution.
Coordinate across internal functions including Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, Finance,
and Marketing.
Act as the central point of coordination between external partners and internal stakeholders.
Facilitate issue resolution and ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
Business Development Support
Track partnership opportunities and support commercial discussions with brokers, insurers, and
TPAs.
Prepare proposals, presentations, business reviews, and strategic partnership plans.
Support onboarding of new partners and expansion of existing partnerships.
Monitor market developments and identify emerging opportunities in the health insurance
ecosystem.
