ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Technical Retail Associate (TRA), you will be the bridge between CARS24's technical inspection process and customer sales experience. You will assist customers throughout the car buying/selling journey from initial inquiry to final transaction — while supporting the evaluation team on ground.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Customer Engagement – Greet and assist walk-in customers; understand their requirements and guide them through CARS24's buying/selling process with confidence and clarity.
2. Technical Support – Assist the Evaluation Engineer during vehicle inspections; understand basic car components and relay technical information to customers in a easy manner.

Documentation Handling – Ensure all customer paperwork — RC, insurance, PUC, loan documents — is collected, verified, and processed accurately and on time.
4. Lead Conversion – Engage with walk-in and referred leads; explain CARS24 offers, pricing, and benefits to convert prospects into successful transactions.
5. CRM & Reporting – Update customer data, interaction status, and deal progress on CARS24's internal systems and CRM tools.
6. Inventory Support – Assist in vehicle check-ins, condition tagging, and maintaining accurate records of cars at the branch level.
7. Quality & SOP Adherence – Follow CARS24's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every customer interaction and transaction to ensure consistency and quality.
8. Target Achievement – Meet daily/weekly lead conversion and transaction targets set by the Branch Manager.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Must Have:
- Minimum 12th Pass; Diploma/Graduate preferred
- Basic knowledge of cars and automobile components (preferred)
- Valid Two-Wheeler and Four Driving License
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and/or English
- Smartphone proficiency – comfortable with apps and CRM tools
- Customer-friendly attitude with willingness to learn
- Candidates should have knows two and four wheeler driving.
Preferred Background:
- Sales Executive / Telecaller / BDE at any automobile dealership
- Service Advisor or Front Desk Executive at a car service centre
- Retail Sales Executive (FMCG, Electronics, or any product sales)
- Insurance Agent / Field Sales in BFSI sector
- Auto Finance / Loan Executive
Valuable to Have:
- Prior experience in used car buying/selling process
- Knowledge of vehicle RC verification, loan & insurance documentation
- Experience with any CRM tool (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Fixed Salary: 25,000 – 30,000/month
Incentives: Performance-based monthly incentives (Top performers earn 5,000–15,000 extra)
Travel Allowance: Provided
