POSITION: CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATE - EXPORTS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Keywords:

- Export Support, Export coordinator , Order Processing ,Claim management , Cross functional alignment , Sales support ,Commission tracking , Sales report , Proof of export documents , Customer Master , Global customer care agent
- 1. Issuance of Sales contract / Proforma Invoice against Export orders.

2. Registration of Contracts in ERP system

3. Scheduling /phasing of Orders in Export scheduling app

4. Weekly Calls with Planning & logistics team to discuss monthly allocation orders

5. Weekly updates to customers about their orders

6.



Follow up on overdue payments

7. Credit clearance from Finance team for Export dispatches.

8. Customer Master Credit term updating, Credit limit updating

9. Co-ordination with Country Managers, Planning & Logistics teams for Export Orders

10. Co-ordination with Merchant Exporters for their Orders, Advance Payments & proof of Documents

11. Knock off account receivable with coordination with finance team.

12. Process commission of distributors

13. MIS - Daily sales report, Pending Delivery report, Export shipment Tracker

14. Sample shipments status updates

15. Export claim registration and closure as per TAT

16. Support & collaboration with cross function team

LOCATION: Goregaon (East), Mumbai

QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate

EXPERIENCE: 4-6 years
