Post : Junior Sales & Marketing Executive West India

Location : Malad, Mumbai
Reporting : to: All-India Head of Sales & Marketing

Experience : Open (Fresh to 6 years welcome) |
Industry : Building Materials / Architecture preferred

Salary : Competitive and commensurate with experience

ROLE OVERVIEW

A field-facing, relationship-building role focused on the Western India market primarily Maharashtra and Gujarat. The executive will support architects, designers, and builders in discovering, specifying, and procuring Tipwood® for their projects, and will assist in managing and growing the dealer/distributor network in the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Visit and build relationships with landscape architects, interior designers, design firms, and builder offices across Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and surrounding markets
- Support product presentations, sample drops, and follow-ups with potential specifiers
- Assist in onboarding and servicing channel partners and dealers in the West region
- Attend architecture and design events, trade shows, and material library presentations
- Maintain CRM records — leads, contacts, meetings, and pipeline updates




- Coordinate with the senior leadership for marketing campaigns, events, and collateral

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Background in architecture, interior design, civil engineering, or business — with interest in construction materials
- Prior exposure to building materials, architecture product sales, or design industry a strong plus
- Confident communicator — comfortable walking into an architect's studio or a builder's site office
- Eager to learn, field-oriented, and comfortable with regular travel within the region
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred
