Job Requirement
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Robust experience in ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Catalog) and ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping) modules is mandatory.
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
- Good understanding of CMDB architecture,
data modeling, and ServiceNow best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
