About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and analytical Chartered Accountants (Freshers) to join our Securitization & Strategy team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on structured finance, fund raising, and strategic business initiatives while collaborating closely with senior leadership.

Role & responsibilities

Securitization & Fund Raising

- Support securitization transactions including Direct Assignment (DA), Pass-Through Certificates (PTC), and Co-lending.
- Assist in transaction execution from structuring through closure.
- Prepare financial analysis, transaction notes, and presentations for Banks and NBFCs.
- Coordinate with banks, rating agencies, trustees, and internal stakeholders.
- Track transaction progress and ensure timely execution.

Strategy & Business Planning

- Support business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct industry research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking.




- Build financial models and analyze business performance.
- Prepare management reports, business presentations, and investor decks.

Eligibility

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Securitization, Structured Finance, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Strategy may also apply.
- Robust analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
