Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic fresher to join our Catalogue & Category team. The role involves managing product catalogues, maintaining accurate product information, supporting category management activities, and ensuring data quality across e-commerce platforms or internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, update, and maintain product catalogues with accurate information.
- Upload product details, images, specifications, pricing, and descriptions.
- Ensure product data accuracy and completeness across all platforms.
- Organize products into the correct categories and subcategories.
- Coordinate with vendors, merchandising, and operations teams to collect product information.
- Perform regular catalogue audits to identify and correct data inconsistencies.
- Monitor product listings and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Support category managers in assortment planning and product launches.
- Prepare basic reports on catalogue health, product availability, and category performance.




- Assist in managing seasonal updates, promotions, and new product additions.
- Handle bulk data uploads using Excel or catalogue management tools.
- Resolve catalogue-related issues raised by internal teams.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas preferred).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce or retail operations is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Internship or project experience in e-commerce, retail, or data management is a plus.
- Knowledge of catalogue management systems, ERP, or CMS tools is an added advantage.
